Challenge and Respect
 Academic / Pastoral Care

The College provides ongoing academic and pastoral care support to its students. The College is very much in tune with our core business and very much in tune with what is required to successfully raise teenagers in a boarding environment. Not only do we provide sport and recreation needs we also understand the importance of ensuring that students have access to a conducive study environment, offered tutoring assistance and that staff have an open line of communication between the school and parents. We also adhere to child protection guidelines and policy and ensure that the students emotional wellbeing, safety and health are monitored and attended to.

Parent / Staff partnership
Its not an exact science and there are the expected challenges, however staff care about the boarders in their charge and understand that they are raising and parenting teenagers in the physical absence of their parents. Staff do not replace the role of the parent instead we form a relationship with the parents or guardians and ensure that we communicate and support each other during their time boarding.
